Fujita Kanko Inc. (Hereinafter referred to as "the Company".) hereby establishes the following regulations regarding the use of the Internet Real-time Reservation Service (Hereinafter referred to as "Service".) under its operation by businesses, groups and individual users.

Use of Service :- When using the Service, Users shall act in accordance with the items stipulated under these Regulations.
- When a User uses the Service to make a reservation, the User shall register a name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.
- The User agrees that the lodgings that can be provided on the basis of the Service are subject to limitations, and also agrees to make no demands for service discounts in respect of said limitations.

Prohibitions :
- Fraudulent or inappropriate filing of reservation
- Proxy reservation for a third-party individual without the individual's consent
- Conduct that inappropriately obstructs the operation of the Service, that leads to a loss of profit by the Company, or any conduct that could result in the foregoing
- Conduct leading to the impingement of the rights of, or accrual of damage to another User, a third party, and conduct that could result in the foregoing
- Using the service for resale and proxy reservation or any other business requiring profit.
- Conduct that results in the violation of the public order or public morals, or any conduct that could result in the foregoing
- Any conduct not included in the above, that the Company deems inappropriate
Article-7
Cancellation or Change of Reservation by User :
- Cancellation or change of a reservation shall be made by contacting the relevant lodging facility via the Company's Internet Reservation System or by telephone.
- In the case when the User has cancelled the reservation in whole or in part, the User shall pay cancellation charges based on the Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contracts which the hotel prescribed.

User Information :
- The Company shall not disclose to third parties personal User information and usage records obtained through the provision of the Service, except under the following circumstances.
- When a demand for disclosure is made by a public agency with the proper authority
- When an individual User has consented to the disclosure of information
- In the event that it is necessary to provide an emergency response to unavoidable circumstances
- The Company may utilize registered User information for the purpose of conducting investigation of Service use trends. In such an event, the Company will not disclose personal User information and usage records in such a manner as to allow for third-party determination of company, organization or individual status to a third party.

Payment :
- The Company shall notify an applicant of the total cost of a lodging reservation established through the Service, via the transmission of an e-mail reservation confirmation notice.
- Lodging fees shall be paid by the User at the lodging facility, at the time of check-in and in a manner designated by the facility.

Exemptions :
- As a result of use of the Service, in the event that a User causes trouble or damage to a third party, the Company shall bear no responsibility for said trouble or damage, and the resolution of any dispute shall be conducted under the responsibility of the parties involved.
- The Company shall bear no responsibility, even in the event of a suspension of Service, as stipulated in Article 10, under which the User is unable to utilize the Service, resulting in inconvenience or damage to the User.

Other :
- The Company shall amend these Regulations without notification to Users.
- With respect to the use of the Service, in the event of a problem relating to an item not stipulated under these Regulations, the parties involved shall seek a resolution in good faith.
- With respect to the use of the Service, in the event that a dispute arises that cannot be resolved through discussion by the parties involved, the dispute shall be resolved in a court of law having jurisdiction over the region in which the Company is located, in accordance with the laws of Japan.
